I have no clue. Just looking at his tweets he sounds like a younger guy, trying to get his Call of Duty Twitch up and running so he can quit the job his dads got him after graduation.

As for the portal, if they don't have a fucking clue where they will end up, then they are fucking retarded. The number of dudes who lose their spot and scholarship to chase some imaginary bag and playing time is very high. I think I saw it was 40%. Nope per the attached tweet, 60%. I think I heard that SEC coaches in its early iteration were calling it the Transfer Portal-Potty due to the huge amounts of shitty players thinking they could get a better chance somewhere else.
