A Texas father who tried for years to stop his ex-wife from allowing his pre-teen child, who now identifies as 'Luna,' to be chemically castrated has been dealt a blow in California court.
Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Mark Juhas ruled that Jeff Younger's ex-wife Anne Georgulas would be granted full custody of his 12-year-old son James and would be able to allow him to transition.

Atl decides "reality" by reading the posts of a guy who has lost multiple legal battles in front of judges and juries, in Texas no less, who lied to his ex-wife about almost his entire history and background (e.g., education, income, discharge from the Army), who has refused to see his child when provided the opportunity, who has failed to pay court ordered child support, who has attempted to launch his own political career (running as a Republican), and who has raised tens of thousands of dollars all while exploiting this child's issues and speculating about what the ex-wife is going to do.
Gauging "reality" from what one person engaged in bitter domestic relations disputes has to say about those disputes is something almost anyone with a lick of sense would refrain from doing. But here we are.

When these disputes are actually presented in full, the exposed liar loses his custody and other fights in front of a Texas jury and multiple Texas judges. Ex-wife chooses not to engage with the internet and lets the courts perform their function. TugCons excitedly jump aboard the disappointed litigant's internet bandwagon.
