Is UCLA's OL that bad or did Russell Davis II getting fully healthy make that much of a difference? Or was it that Davis II and Durfee getting some snaps along with Ward and Tunuufi getting pressures (Tunuufi had a sack and two TFLs) that allowed Kaufusi to rotate guys / keep them fresh?
With an improved pass-rush and Tez Johnson likely being still out, UW's defense has a much better chance holding up against The Fighting Phil Knights than how they looked against Penn State and Indiana.

Wait…Durfee played?
Durfee played, yes. I would say Davis definitely helped but UCLA's line has struggled, home crowd helped (based on the number of false starts, I think one of their OL went down, but UCLA also gives up a lot of sacks. Garbers is the second-most sacked Big 10 QB (with six added by UW). That was the most they've given up this year though (LSU got 5 and Oregon got 4).
One thing is they can't give up a broken coverage if the QB gets out against Oregon. Garbers missed two guys wide open for touchdowns that Gabriel won't miss.
If Gabriel plays like he did last night he might miss
Davis looked electric and it's good to see Durfee getting some reps too. Hopefully get gets off the vaginitis and gets another year, and can play two more seasons here
Oregon’s lines are not like UCLA.
Gabriel has been absolute trash all year not even seeing wide open guys or coming off them. There have been at least 2 outright busts, we're talking 1 DB on 2 WRs and he looks straight at the walk in 60 yard TD and comes off to throw a 3 yard out route on the other side with zero pressure. He's missed numerous wide open TDs so far this year, easily half a dozen or more wide open walk in uncontested TDs, and I don't mean with bad throws. With no throw at all.
Valdez was getting pressure against UCLA. That has to say something.
I wonder if anyone calls Valdez “Sea Bass”?
I don’t know how undefeated = absolute trash. Maybe partial or kind of but not absolute.
Fisch noted Valdez had been banged up for a few weeks and has been getting healthier. That's not to say he's a world beater but he should be 100% by the 30th.
UCLA did not seem to like the cold weather in the 2nd half. They became slow and tired in the 2nd half.
Fisch has said the entire roster is banged up
Tell team to lift some weights next off-season Jedd. Maybe even eat some food
