Best part of Thanksgiving is leftover turkey sandwiches which I do like. Our old thanksgivings included a lot of Italian food. Lots of family. So much food it was insane. We're now fewer and scattered but I miss those days and the food.

Love day after turkey sandwiches. Also love turkey gravy on mashed potatoes and stuffing. Never had salmon gravy but then the dazzler marches to a different drummer.

Standing rib roast aka prime rib is our thing. I like to call it standing rib roast.
