Being with the team for more than 6 months will probably help
He gets 3 years. If the team isn't at double digit wins in 3 he isn't the guy

Doesn't matter if Fisch turns out to be great because poor old Worshington couldn't afford to keep him
But at least they didn't overpay to keep DeBoer so we have that going for us which is nice

Nobody knows how much damage DeBoer did to the program, we can't compete with the NIL these days, he has a CONTRACT, etc., etc.
