Stroud was making his 2nd career start. They fired their DC after the game. It wasn't a matchup of teams ranked in the top 3. Oregon lost 4 games that year, including 2 weeks later to 3-9 Stanford, and we know nothing like that could happen to Oregon THIS year because this year is different.
