Alex Berenson is the case to watch on this. H doesn’t know this because he only watches cable news, but the case SCOTUS ruled on was primarily for a lack of standing or a specific victim being in the suit. Berenson can prove specific damages to being deplatformed at the behest of the government approaching Facebook as there are emails specifically about his account from the Biden administration to social media companies.
I’m not surprised this fake attorney is ignorant of why the initial ruling went that way and also a has complete lack of even knowing about the Berenson lawsuit.
