I get it now. The Tug sees no difference between refugees (what's referenced in the tweet screenshot), asylum seekers (those seeking refugee status and waiting for their claim to be evaluated), legal migrants, and ILLEGALS.
They're all illegals to the Tug, hence the confusion.

Yeah sure. No one is coming here to the US for welfare benefits. Easy fix. No welfare benefits for any immigrant. Trump had them wait in Mexico until they were vetted for asylum status. Keep supporting open borders with the lure of welfare and no actual asylum hearings.
