They really must be scared.
I know, right? I had to do a search on the 9th Court just to make sure they hadn’t renumbered the districts.
Wonder if they appeal this to SCOTUS. I would doubt it. SCOTUS seems ready to lay down the law in general and probably would go even further than this simple ruling.
Marc Elias won some tiny part of this decision and declared victory on the twitter.
