That's a great anecdote. I can't remember who said it but I liked the one about how there were a lot of guys on the strip back in the day who thought Poison were chicks and wanted to fuck them based on that album cover.
Also, Slashed auditioned for Poisons, Bret wanted him but everyone else wanted CC Deville because of the look and Bret was bitter about it forever.

Know a lady who was in the Snohomish County, centered around Lynnwood, rocker scene of the 80's. She showed me a picture of her with a bunch of hot young rocker chicks, and one dude sitting in the middle. I commented 'what a lucky dude surrounded by all those chicks,' to which she started laughing, pointing out about four other dudes in the picture.
