80 years ago last night the paratroops of the 101st and 82nd Airborne Divisions jumped into occupied France. Many of them fought in small groups of mixed up units. The confusion they the Germans was significant and the capability of those divisions scared our enemies as recently as the invasion of Iraq.
These 2 paintings are proudly displayed in the Nacho household.
