The cool thing about Lanning is that with his development/coaching prowess, it's actually better to get Oregon later in the year.
Too bad the Pac no longer exists, otherwise Washington would be playing in Eugene in early October after having to travel down and play USC/UCLA/Stanford the weekend before.
