Trump will go up in the polls 10% maybe more. Biden just handed Trump a bigger chunk of the black vote as well.
This is the same strategy as all the other unconstitutional actions by demonrats. Unconstitutional trial, unconstitutional jury instructions etc.
The whole country gets to see how crooked the left really is and they will turn from them in droves. Trump will win even if he's in prison.
