Imagine a treaty that had consequences for countries that evaded their treaty responsibility. Leftards not only lie and love to be lied to, they hate having consequences for evading their responsibilities; from paying back college loans to facing criminal charges for theft or destroying public property.
Europe has pretty much always not wanted to pay a dime. Pay your damn share! You'd think after two horrific world wars they'd learn.
