Goes out of his way to explain his areas of expertise are running for office, police work as a NYPD officer, and Secret Service agent all the way up to Presidential detail, as those are three things he’s experienced personally in his life.

First time I've seen KBJ actually make some sense. If you can read English and have some understanding of the origin of the US Constitution then Constitutional law isn't that hard. It isn't hard either if you wish to ignore Constitutional language and the history of the document and just make sh*t up, like the first amendment doesn't apply to movies critical of PIPS.
