Sad part about it is the roster actually has an immense amount of talent but they just have no direction. They've got 5 or 6 guys who were top-100 recruits... some of them 5 stars who transferred in.

There's a severe, severe coaching problem. There's 0 development. I actually have no idea what they do all day at practice because they literally just play pickup basketball out there.

I wonder if this is the year UW can finally sway Mark Few from Gonzaga. He's only making $1.8 million... for reference, his former assistant Tommy Lloyd is making $4 million a year to coach at Arizona. This is the absolute worst Gonzaga team he's had in a long while and I'm sure he's finding it's getting tougher to compete at Gonzaga with all the NIL stuff. Their last 3 recruiting classes will have had only 1 HS recruit and has relied purely on transfers.
