I'm starting to get a little bit concerned with Petermen. That video highlighted at least 2 guys putting some heavy weight on the bench press and I think we all know the bench press isn't important anymore.
Hi Kim!
I think one clip showed a guy pressing 585.
Are these clips all recent? I thought I saw some coaches who are no longer around.

The bench was 405 but whoever it was threw that thing up. The big qquat was 765.
While watching that coaches meeting section I was trying to imagine Sark's fraternity brothers/coaches sitting around taking notes while he spoke
When Sark and his crew were here they had a miniature basketball hoop on the table or just by the table (Like a nerf ball hoop). Not joking.
I'm all for blowing off steam ... but there's a huge difference between getting your work done while delivering RESULTS versus sitting in a frat room wondering what variety of Patron you're going to turn up to later that evening at Joey's ...

Right, it was a squat, I did't look at it close enough. Still think it was 585. 6 plates each side, not 8. The fact was a 585 squat is less impressive if it was a 300+ lb lineman. 785 would be impressive.
And hopefully the guy squatting 315 is on at least rep 10.

I counted 8, won't argue with 6. 585 is a good squat.
