If UW wants most of those 20-25 transfers/commits back, just offer most of them $100,000 NIL deals, they can afford it with this profit off of Deboer's exit. Make sure to pay those NIL deals in lump sums near the end of those players terms, so that they don't transfer out again. Then the Deboer exit drama is over.
They better make Fisch's buyout at least $25-30 million.
