Tybo struck me as someone who would develop into a Travis Homer type of player.

@FremontTroll is really underappreciating our guy Tybo. I'm being told that he could be the difference this year between 5-7 and 5-7.

Sounds like he was already a Jerrrramy Stevens type playaDerekJohnson said:Tybo struck me as someone who would develop into a Travis Homer type of player.

There are something like 40+ uncommitted running backs currently in the portal. Between those guys and all of the ones who will enter during the spring portal period, I'm sure there are at least a few capable of being JAGs.Canadawg said:
Who? Name some specific players that would be better than him. Even if there are then I'd rather Fisch process a worse RB and keep Tybo. He's got athleticism and wiggle that isn't coming through that doorFremontTroll said:
Meh, there are hundreds of guys out there that are basically equivalent.Canadawg said:
It doesn't matter how he good he is. It matters how good he is compared to their next option. If he's their second best RB and they lose him then that just moves the 3rd best guy upDoogerMcFarland said:
He was forced to be the #2 guy because one of the guys in front of him shredded his knee during training camp. If Davis doesn’t get hurt, Tybo is probably fourth on the depth chart behind DJ, Davis, and Will Nixon.Canadawg said:
As a true freshman he was UWs #2 back. Even if Fisch finds a better back he would be a good back up this yearDoogerMcFarland said:
Not worried about Tybo. He’s going to end up at Fresno State or something.Canadawg said:Damn Tybo had a certain je ne sais quoi IMO that's a loss
As our unexpected number two, he had 50 total touches - a third of those coming in the Michigan State blowout - and the coaches preferred playing a dude who had one leg late in the season to letting Tybo get more carries.
If they ain’t elite or at least an above average starter it doesn’t really matter. Especially at RB where you can’t really impact a game too much with negative plays like a bad DB can. -
Coleman just committed. Expect a Woof!

Thats great but how are we going to handle Tybo playing for Boise State next year?backthepack said:Coleman just committed. Expect a Woof!

I hope Jedd has a better woof gif than whatever the fuck this was. -
Did you see that on Twitter? Great to know we have a starting RB if true. #2 would be a battle of Will Nixon and Sam Adams II.backthepack said:Coleman just committed. Expect a Woof!

Adams and Nixon can't be the #2 of you plan winning many games.HFNY said:
