RE Penn State (fuck off Vanilla)
Their "all-in" team for next year at its foundation is guys entering their 4th year, which for Penn State is looking like an all-time class. Abdul Carter, both RBs who should end up #1 & 2 on their career rushing totals list barring injury, the QB (still don't know how much he sucks but was a 5*), another DE and a DT who will hit the league next year, Ioane and another starting OL. It was like Pete's first class, but with the eliteness in identifying and developing Carter that Pete came closest to with Vea.

Winning the Outback Bowl will be speshul.

*losing
They've put so much pressure on themselves for this year that it is going to happen since he's James Franklin and the QB is not at the level they need to overcome James Franklin

I think they're in a great place. They might be the last program in college football that still has some continuity and gel with a group of guys and that could be massive. What I'm saying is I'm looking forward to them finding a way to lose to Oregon in September so the Ducks get momentum.

Minor poont…Abdul Carter is not coming back. He's going to be a top-10 pick in this year's draft. They do have another stud DL coming back, but I don't remember his name and don't care enough to look it up right now.

They have a lot of momentum and are the only cfb team that seems to be bringing back enough to justify the hype, however their best players on both offense and defense are gone. They had to try and bring in what they think is a legit receiver which means that without Tyler Warren, their QB is actually going to have to do some real QB'ing this time, so we'll see.
Washington should be looking at a program like this and aiming to have the momentum and support to be at this level and even surpass it with better coaching. This Penn St program reminds me of when Petersen finally had it going and it was just going to take stacking a few more classes and overcoming some of the disappointing post season results.
