It's not amazing, but like I said, Iowa State is a fucking bad program and always has been.

He has built a program there with no resources, competing against the entire B1G for recruits in the midwest, and he coaches defenses incredibly well

Campbell with the right OC hire could absolutely work

Definitely could do worse though I'm not in love with his bowl record and he has slipped the last couple of years.
