First drive of the game:
2nd and 15, Baxter runs for 16 - I think shit that’s a big ass running back
Three straight incompletions and a punt
Second drive:
Run for 8, screen to Baxter for 31, run for 12, run for 4, run for 13, run for 2, run for 5 and a TD - I think holy fuck their OL is driving us off the ball. This could be a long night
Then I remembered it was Steve Sarkisian calling plays. And if I know anything about Sark, he will not stick to a run game that’s working. It’s too easy, and he has to look like an offensive genius.
Third drive after we go 3 and out:
1st and 10, Texas goes 5 wide and Ewers sacked for a 6 yard loss - that’s when I knew we would be playing for a national championship.
“Best play caller in the nation” my fucking ass.
