Paging @BlakeSnellDawg

Shoreline's Finest wants to be back in Seattle and may even give a hometown discount. Would a 4 year $84 million deal get it done? M's could then trade Miller or Woo for a very good controllable bat (OF, 1B / DH, or 3B). They could also deal Ray after 2024 if he proves to be healthy (should be able to afford to cover 25% of his remaining 2 years salary to get better players in return).

I can't stand watching pitchers who walk a lot of guys. I don't know whether to hope for this or not.

He is really good, but that’s a lot of money for a guy that struggles with command…

No denying both of your points though his walks per 9 innings last year were over 20% higher than his career average.

But yeah, I just don't see the M's paying him more than $19 million a year as he also comes with a QO. I would guess another team with a laser focus on pitching will pay him around $24 million a year.
