I think so. He redshirted in 2021, was a RS-Frosh in 2022, and then was a RS-Soph in 2023. Good bridge to Austin Mack and DD.

Riley prefers dual-threat QBs and inherited Moss. While Moss may not have enough experience for UW (DeBoer / Grubb probably want a guy who has already been a starter), he definitely fits the more pro-style / read heavy offense.

Just had a guy probably lead the nation in passing two years straight and who might win the Heisman this year. I'll be pretty disappointed if the best they can bring in is a guy who has barely played from USC.
