Tough to audit when the evidence was either destroyed or never retained. At best when internal controls are non-existent or ignored then you would just get a failure of internal controls report. Such a report SHOULD lead to a plan implementation to have internal controls and a mechanism to enforce them. It is clear that neither Fulton County or Maricopa County have any interest in having or enforcing internal controls or cooperating with an internal control audit. Just as it is clear that Congressional democrats, blue state governors, and blue counties have no interest either or any leftard here on the Tug including our self-proclaimed MBA degree holder.
