Listening to the radio this AM, Bruce Feldman thought there was very little chance that Peterson would be interested in the job. Says he's far more interested and engaged in mentorship stuff and working with active coaches.

He didn’t build shit. But He hired a decent Men’s Football and Bball coach and hit a Home Run for the always vaunted Women’s Bball program. But He hasn’t built much other than a better Baseball facility. And that was in the works before He got there.
