On another note, I highly doubt that Woo has forearm inflammation and putting him on the IL is a good way to limit his innings while keeping him with the team. Plus Hancock gets a soft landing if he starts against KC.
Since I am a nut-job, I am already looking forward to the 2024 draft when the M's hit pitching hard with a college arm (hopefully like Kirby) and a couple of high ceiling HS arms (like Miller and Woo).
