My anti capital punishment stance has more to do with my liberal belief that the state should never have the power to take the life from its citizens.WestlinnDuck said:
You are. As a parent, why should I have to consider the ultimate justice when that's the purpose of letting the state handle the justice part. If soft on crime worked, then I'd be in favor of it. But it doesn't. There is movement in the dem part to now cut way back on the registered sex offender registries and enforcement because?thechatch said:

Seeing shit like this makes me wonder if I’m wrong in my stance of anti-capital punishment.
The murder of Megan Nicole Kanka (December 7, 1986 – July 29, 1994) occurred in Hamilton Township, Mercer County, New Jersey, United States. Seven-year-old Megan Kanka was raped and murdered by her neighbor, Jesse Timmendequas, after he lured her into his house; Timmendequas had previously been convicted for child molestation. The murder attracted national attention and subsequently led to the introduction of "Megan's Law", which requires law enforcement to disclose details relating to the location of registered sex offenders.
In 1997, Timmendequas was convicted of Kanka's murder. He was initially sentenced to death, but his sentence was commuted to life without parole after New Jersey abolished capital punishment in 2007.
It has nothing to do with empathy or an aversion to mortal retribution. I just don’t believe the government should have the power to sentence a man or women of its charge to death.
But these people shouldn’t breathe out air. -
Proof that @MelloDawg NEEDS Qanon to avoid facing reality.jecornel said:Saw Sound of Freedom today. For the viewers not aware of how rampant child trafficking is it will be a rude awakening. I’m sure many will stuff it away as a coping mechanism to not face the horrific facts of the matter. To bill it as Qanon is fucking disgusting.

DemonRATS are openly trying to make it legal for adults to have sex with children. They want to cut their breasts and dicks off or put fake ones on to satisfy their satanic fetishism. CA just denied a law which would have made pedophilia a more stringent crime. These people need to be 6 feet under. I'm talking about you Her Dazzler you cowardly simp of a man.LoneStarDawg said:

Capitol punishment is and always has been legal and proper. The state just carries out the sentence the citizens make the decisions. From the judge to the prosecution, defense and the jury.thechatch said:

Sometimes the state forgets that.
