Dazzler doesn't support presidential cancellation, he just votes for those who do. Pelosi once had it right once and then of course, after some reflection, decided that spending $400 billion on student debt cancellation was a presidential power. Seems like the hive mind has spoken on this issue.

Pelosi said in a statement on Friday after the ruling was released that the court’s majority “cruelly denied” debt relief to 40 million Americans in need.

“In doing so, the Court allows a crisis of debt to continue holding back families from buying homes, starting businesses and making ends meet,” she said. “Wrongly, the Majority Opinion in this case ignores the convincing arguments on the President’s legal authority that were made in the last year by the Department of Education and by former House Education Committee Chairman George Miller.”

Love the fact they quoted Pelosi in their opinion.

But how fucked are we that 3 Justices thought the President did have this authority? This should have been a 9-0 spank down of the POTUS

Like I said, three US Supreme Court justices with either a Yale or Harvard law degree have no functional difference between themselves and mello or the dazzler. That's certainly aspiring for the high bar of intellectual function. Achieving what is supposed to be the highest honor in your field and your view of your purpose is to rubber stamp a dem president or Congress.

Couple random thoughts. Barista applications should be up soon. Sotomayor is likely the dumbest person to ever sit on the SCOTUS.
