It was satisfying watching this bozo get turned on slowly over the last few months.
In general the B12 fan bases have been pretty big bitches over the past year which is frustrating because I want to like all their scrappy little programs -
Saban was born in Fairmont, West Virginia, to Mary and Nick Lou Saban, Sr. He grew up with a sister, Dianna, and graduated from Monongah High School[24] in the small community of Monongah, West Virginia, about 25 miles (40 km) southwest of Morgantown. Saban is of Croatian ancestry.[25] His paternal grandfather, Stanko Saban, was born in 1895 in Gospić, in the Lika region of Croatia. Stanko emigrated to Portland, Oregon, in 1908, when he was 13 years old. He later married Anna Mihalic, of Croatian-American heritage.DerekJohnson said:Saban went to Kent State, no?
Another Croatian sensation….just like me. -
West Virginians are quite similar to the old TUFF Seattle librals that we mourn the loss of everyday, except that they're still pours and flipped teams in 2000.
WVU is a good example of all this bullshit realignment making college sports so much worse. How do you hate conference rivals on the other side of the country? Familiarity breeds contempt, and only ND has been able to pull that off with rivalries over the years because they are similar to USC/Furd in snootiness and money. WVU should be playing Pitt and VaTech in conference. Not Texas Tech and BYU.
