I think it's some combination of the above but ultimately his QB development was really poor. It's the one aspect of the program that was abysmal under Pete. It wasn't just the QBs listed above either - he got nothing out of Cyler Myles and Troy Williams. Eventually you gotta point to the common denominator and it was Pete.
In retrospect it's amazing we got as much as we did out of Brownsocks. -

Peterson seemed to do pretty well with 3* QBs at Boise….
Zabransky, Moore, Southwick were all very good signal callers 🤷♂️
