3 of his 4 majors came on rain soaked courses, where his overwhelming power advantage really shined and he had no scar tissue. He's still one of the longest guys, but the gap has closed dramatically. Rory never learned to how to dial down his short irons and wedges and hit them 60% to control distance and spin. It's really as simple as that.

I pointed out at the time that soft Rory needed soft courses. Got a lot of blowback. Congressional was a joke
Brooks is much better but he really doesn't give a fuck about the media or being liked

Lots of outrage about Xander getting a free drop within a penalty area yesterday. Didn't even know that was possible to get. All this pampering of certain players with free drops is getting out of hand. That shit wouldn't fly in my cash games.
