Non of the top 6 teams lost to Arizona State but Washington … just sayin

A loss is a loss. Utah scored 7 on Oregon and got absolutely raped by UCLA, not 8 point loss.
Not sure what the fuck that has to do with loosing to ASU but hey tits bounce
It has to do with the fact that it counts as 1. Only quooks and mountain west trash care about it.

2018 UW lost to Cal. 2019 Oregon lost to ASU. 2021 Utah lost to beavlet. No one gave a fuck until this year apparently.
    Jesus fucking Christ man
    Defend it.

I've watched all the games multiple times. I've seen conference champions drops games to bad teams.

2021 North champion Oregon lost to an absolutely not Power 5 Stanford program last year.
Dialed in as Fuck like always

    “Washington

    Record: 11-2/7-2
    Grade: A+
Comment: Typically, the Hotline would only give a program of Washington’s stature an A+ if the season featured a conference title or playoff berth. But given the state of the Huskies 13 months ago, after the 4-8 dumpster fire, this qualifies as a stellar year — one that will send expectations for ’23 into the stratosphere with quarterback Michael Penix Jr. set to return for coach Kalen DeBoer. Our one quibble is, not surprisingly, the ASU loss.”

lol Jon Wilner is a giant Stanford and Cal homer. He can barely hide his hatred of UW.

I've rewatched the 60 minute version of the ASU game. Every critical defensive down (3rd/4th) we lost. Every critical offensive down (3rd/4th) we lost. The pick six was pretty much the perfect physics to bounce *straight up in the air* right as a corner was running under it. Then of course hiking it over Penix's head as we're driving to take it to OT. Should have run it a lot more with Dick. Texas gameplan, kind of

It was similar to if the 2016 team ended up not taking Arizona to OT or lost in OT.

Husky haters want it to be like we lost to this year's Colorado or something.

    The ASU loss

    Worst loss in human history

Jfc some of you need to actually follow college football

It’s the capt hindsight worse loss champ.

But there are others that are far more deserving of the title.

I've said it before. Conference contenders/champions have lost to shit teams in this conference. It's why there hasn't been a playoff team since 2016. UW and Oregon both play like shit in the desert against both teams and haven't been able to figure it out. This was more of a freak game than some of those other losses, say Oregon ASU in 2019.

Wilner's butthurt that UW turned in better than a nice little 7-8 win story and he has to write about it. He has an agenda with most of the stuff he writes. See his god awful conference realignment articles.

UCLA in '90, UCLA in '99 and Oregon in '00 stand out as the most kick to the gut ones when so much was on the line.

Montana is it's only special worst loss in program history.

At the time ASU you happened I didn't even care though much. Made me think that 7-5 was still in play (hi @MikeDamone ) and that MSU was an illusion of sorts and we were trending up, but still sucked.

I didn't actually believe a great season was at hand until Penix hit Taj for one of the greatest TD's in program history.

To be fair - and this is why I rubbed iDawg the wrong way - the Duck rhetoric on ASU is the counter to past criticism of Duck coaches who "lose games they shouldn't lose" proffered as proof that they suck. So, recall the onslaught on my boyfriend following the Stanford and Arizona losses. That sort of thing.

I know, I know ... we? never professed to be fair.
