    UNLV will eventually be good

They've never been good in football. Nevada is better.
True but Las Vegas is growing insanely quickly. Reno? Not so much

UNLV is actually putting a lot of money into their stadium and facilities. It shouldn't be a tough sell to get kids to there. The problem is they aren't investing enough into the actual coach.

Huge Freeze is something that would've been hilarious and made sense. They need someone who has had success at the D1 level, not some FCS Montana coach and what not.
They have potential and the media market is probably top 40 or so now, but like ASU, potential isn't worth a lot.
True. They never will be a top tier program. But a world could exist where they are in an expanded Pac and fighting for bowl eligibility against Cal, the Zona schools, Oregon State, Wazzu, etc.

What fixation does this conference have with expanding to teams that don’t get shit for ratings? It’s costs money to teams in the long run.

We should have added Okie and Texas 12 years ago. I was wrong about that. It's very rare, but it happens.
