"Whatever happens between Trump & DeSantis I have a question:

"To those who scream “media manipulation” & who witnessed what was previously done to Trump & what happened to UK PM Lizz Truss, how does the Murdoch press swooning over DeSantis not make you even *slightly* suspicious?" -- Maajid Nawaz

It was quiet obvious it was a media coronation of the idea of desantis. I like desantis, but the more CNN and MSNBC swooned over him the more I realized there’s something suspect going on.

He has the stage now. The next two years will be telling.

I'm going to need dinner and flowers before I put out for anyone. I may go lost cause and write in my McGovern/Rand Paul ticket

So R's should back Trump under the "enemy of my enemy is my friend"doctrine?

One is an asshat all the time. The other when necessary. Amazing why the coverage is different.

Don’t worry the media will attack DeSantis when the time comes. Cook it!

America has a Trump addiction problem. Get help

Democrats Republicans housewives single women MAGAs commies all need Trump like that first drag of a cigarette

Be ruthless like me. Cold turkey and move on

Biden needs the GOP to play this stupid game. Don't.

Let DeSantis find his way. But I'm right about Georgia. He needs to be the lead fullback for Walker to score

At that point the Trump support is dead

Lots of people want the maga platform of issues and hate Trump. Many post here. Don't throw them out with the baby

My point on GA. Trump has MAGA there. In order to drag Walker across the line he needs to show his tent is wider. This is his first test.

Pretty much my take. Trump does inflect self-inflicted wounds and own goals. DeSantis has the same policy goals and is very focused on getting them accomplished. I don't pay attention to the left unless brought to my attention in a conservative blog. I haven't seen any honest credit given to DeathSantis from the left, just a lot of lies. It will just get worse as DeSantis gets close to the nomination.

How many times during his Presidency did Trump pull off some great policy move only to step on his own positive message that very same day by saying or doing something stupid?

Does anyone really want to go into 2024 relitigating Jan 6th for the next 2 years?
Agree but DeSantis will be asked endlessly about January 6. It isn't going away

Ron is pretty articulate for a white guy. Quicker on his feet

Been saying from the beginning where's the evidence Ron won't be Bush part 3?

Is there any evidence he won't just expand a different "conservative part" of the federal government or fight the deep state alphabet agencies?

I hear 50 former intelligence agency heads endorse him.

On the lesser of evils, Bush 3.0 is better on his worst day than Cho Bai Den on his best.

    I want cheap gas.

That's why it's important to separate maga from Trump or any one person

The narrative has the idea of freedom and cheap energy and borders tied to one guy that they've spent years destroying

    Quit the narrative people
