That's exactly right. The whole thing is trying to get him under oath, nothing more. And the payment happened just before the election in 2016, that's why they are trying to go with the campaign funding angle. Not sure if it will work but they did get shit from his attorney because of his comments last week.

Unfortunately, since Clinton in the 90s, that is the climate we are in. Whoever is in power is going to get ass reamed the entire time. That's why we end up with Hillary and Trump as candidates.
