    I don't remember a lot of the Brock Huard era but I kinda remember him sucking. Not terrible, but definitely not living up to the hype. Am I remembering correctly?

    That's about right. He was great for a fresh, very good for a soph and disappointing as a junior. Threw off his back foot a lot once Coats/Olson/Kreutz went pro.

    Everyone wanted Tui over him. Kind of our version of Chris Simms/Major Applewhite.

    It was a terrible call, but why would anything have gone differently if it didn't happen? The same idiots would have still been in charge.
    If we beat them, Oregon doesn't go to the RB in 1995 and uncle Phil doesn't suddenly love Duck Football. We also beat them in 1995 imo and even with the USC 21-21 tie (that Lambo completely fucked up) go to the Rose Bowl. That buys Lambo one more year from Babs and we don't get Neuheisel as another shitty year at Colorado takes him off her list.
