I get the recruiting part, but his staff definitely developed haener and penix. He wasn't taking players everyone wanted and just coasting. In fact one could say he developed penix twice.4 · -

it's true. They also have minimized their success by letting the norther and west schools to start paying players too. They're too dumb to realize it though.2 ·
