I see you can use your last 4 digits of SSN on the form so they have some way of FED lookup. They probably do check it against the person's name. If some of these checks fail the state could demand m…-1 · -

The issue I have never understood is why anyone who is truly not a US citizen would really risk a felony for one vote? It probably does happen. Would you risk it? I wouldn't.-1 · -

In order to really prove US citizenship you likely need not just a birth certificate but a notarized one. The problem is that it sets up a lot gotchas for people, there may be name changes to contend…-1 · -
