Hit it and quit it.
1) right click on an image, click on view image (or whatever will get you to the source url for just that picture)
2) once you have the url for just the image, nothing else (it should end in .gif, .jpg, etc), copy the url and go to google.
3) paste the url in the search bar, hit enter. Click on "search by image," not the image tab.
4) This finds you images that look the same as yours and you can usually find a name in there. The coding behind Google's ability to find similar images is actually pretty impressive.
