    you do have to laugh at what a complete and utter shit show Larry Scott has produced when the best option for the Pac12 Championship Game is to take place in a state that doesn't even have a Pac12 school, though.

    That’s almost as shitty as Santa Clara, especially if we’re forced to keep the Friday evening time slot, which we will because our conference sucks and has no leverage.
    At least Inglewood is more or less easy to get to and has a real city around it. Santa Clara is an empty wasteland.

    Gives a slight advantage to teams that did well in non conference and regular season, and also increases the likelihood the best team in the pac wins and gets a shot to represent the conference in the bullshit playoff format. Also as long as Stanford or cal don’t win the stadium will be packed and look good on Shanghai TV.
