    That’s almost as shitty as Santa Clara, especially if we’re forced to keep the Friday evening time slot, which we will because our conference sucks and has no leverage.

    Gives a slight advantage to teams that did well in non conference and regular season, and also increases the likelihood the best team in the pac wins and gets a shot to represent the conference in the bullshit playoff format. Also as long as Stanford or cal don’t win the stadium will be packed and look good on Shanghai TV.

    I seem to recall a packed Autzen in the early days

    No doubt most teams would fill it up. Imagine our rivals from Utah hosting it
