Agreed. That said, as unimpressed with Hurts as I've been, you have to understand the shit-show at QB Miami has been dealing with. We're talking Ronnie Fouch on Molly retarded. Hurts would be an upgrade, even in the passing game as compared to Rozier, for sure, and probably Perry, who seems to have some talent but is a fully retarded kid.

The one I've been intrigued about is Weldon. The old-timers remember his dad, who was a no-talent gamer for Florida State in the mold of a Major Applewhite. Like Applewhite, the kid had no NFL talent, but all he did was complete passes and win. I was hoping the apple didn't fall far from the tree, but he hasn't seen the field yet.

Anyway, I like that Diaz is scouring for a transfer. Miami needs it to be even competitive. Trust me; he'd be an upgrade over what they have now.

I heard that Hurts heard a Tide fan call him the N word for not being able to rally them back and win the Natty so he will be eligible to play next year.

I know you're being sarcastic but he's allegedly graduating this year (was an early enrollee) so he can grad transfer.

Jokes aside, there is no doubt he has heard that multiple times. My sense is that kids from the South (Texas kinda sorta qualifies) are almost numb to it and kind of DRGAF.

Hearing it and being called it to your face are two different things. I've been with a couple young southern African American men when they were called the N word to their face and they were damn sure not numb to it.

Yeah, I didn't mean walk up to a kid and say it to his face. I meant that they know where they are and aren't shocked to hear it hurled at them from a safe distance. If you were at a Husky game and some idiot did that, he/she wouldn't be able to hide, and everyone would be completely shocked.
