That wasn't an execution. Borderline excessive use of force at best. In the gray area. Big outrage. Cop walks and keeps his pension.
Big civil settlement. Loads of homeless fucks in Seattle don't get their perks to pay the judgment.

Still, I vote to acquit. In a civil case, I’d award $1 -
