Michigan has the same problem as UW. THey dont have a QB that can lead a team. Harbaugh basically doesn't lose to shitty teams but can't beat good ones. Since he plays a ton of shitty ones Michigans records are inflated every year.

He did have all-time coach 1B at the bluer blood rival established before he arrived.
Losing games like ND/Florida this year are damning, but I'm not sure it really matters with Meyer at tOSU.
