It’s more on USC, his dream school, isn’t even being worth waiting out his decision at this point. Urban Meyer leaving imo will hurt Ohio St. recruiting in the short term. At least in terms of top 5 classes and top defensive talent. I am not even remotely concerned about Texas in this recruitment.Domicillo said:

Nice! Was never coming to UW. Hurts SC really bad. Just a couple weeks ago some of them were dismissing McDuffie's commitment to UW because of Ricks in the next class. Well, he gone. UW will get 90% of who they want out West. SC will struggle with out of conference heavy weights for the rest.

Ricks had talked multiple times about USC being his favorite school.
When he committed he explicitly stated that going to LSU was based on his evaluation of what it would take to be developed and get to the NFL as a 1st round pick.
That’s on Helton and Bradford (who has been fired).
