Need some help

So a few of us old educkers that used to hangout on the Woodshed and talk politics started our own little site. There are several of us that post here. Anyway one of us Jadeduck, is having problems registering with HH. He completes the registration form and then it says "Cannot register AT THIS TIME". If anyone could help it would be appreciated.
