Do you believe that Hondo is completely ignorant of the fact that the Obama DOJ and FBI effectively re-wrote the statute covering the crime that Hillary had committed in order to not have to prosecute her? They added a "criminal intent" standard to the law that doesn't actually exist in the law. Now personally I think that the very fact that she intentionally set up a private email server and lied repeatedly about it clear establishes any "intent" to violate the law but there is no intent standard in the law. The FBI and DOJ added that so as not to have to charge Hillary. Couple this with the granting of immunity to Hillary's flunkies while asking for nothing in return and turning a blind eye to the destruction of evidence, which also establishes intent in my mind and you have a full blown fix in order to let Hillary skate.
