Both by Biggins. Biggins mentions in the Oregon interview that if he’s not going to Stanford it’ll be Oregon over UW.
The Ducks want Steele as a safety now and Criddell is looking around so there must be something to it. The Stanford qualifiers should know soon and that will decide where McDuffie goes.
Ringo is pretty much a lock for 2020 so McDuffie isn't a must but depth is depth.
