Herbert is playing in the red meat bowl because his draft stock dropped so he needs a big game....he plays well he declares...he plays like he did most of the year and he's back for another year...assuming he hasn't already been replaced by the next graduate transfer that Oregon's signing.

Josh Allen went early, Herbert is pretty similar. He should leave before he regresses again at Oregon.
